Our bundles are not bulk created so please allow the following time to receive your order. When you have placed an order, please allow up to 5 working days for a tracking number to be sent to your email once dispatched.

All orders will have to be signed for. If orders are not signed for, it will result in the packaging to be sent to your local depot.

With the proper care and maintenance your extensions will continue to look and feel fabulous.

Use small amounts of product on your hair so it's not weighed down.

Do not brush wet hair as that is when hair follicles are at their most vulnerable.

At night sleep with a satin bonnet or satin pillow case to protect your hair.

When using heating tools, use a heat protectant.

Wash your hair at least every two weeks... Use sulfate free shampoo then rise. Next, apply a moisturizing conditioner from weft to tip. Don't be afraid to be generous!

To avoid damaging your hair extensions, the cuticles, and your scalp, shampoo with lukewarm water.

Wash the hair gently in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together as this will cause open cuticles to rub against each other causing friction.

Whilst wet, add 2-3 drops of natural oil such as Almond or Coconut by gently applying it evenly over the hair, these oils will penetrate the cuticles and add moisture.

Gentle shedding is normal.

Avoid shampoo and conditioning products which use Sulfates, Isopropyl Alcohol, Formaldehyde and Propylene Glycol, these are strong chemicals which will strip the hair of natural oils and leave them dry and sometimes damaged if used for a prolonged period of time.

Please note, the longer the hair, the thinner the wefts are going to be.

When bleaching or colouring the hair please seek professional help.
