Delivery and processing time: 2-5 days. Our wigs are not bulk created so please allow the following time to receive your order. When you have placed an order, please allow up to 5 working days for a tracking number to be sent to your email once dispatched. All orders will have to be signed for. If orders are not signed for, it will result in the packaging to be sent to your local depot.
Our Raw hair comes in a natural colour and has not been chemically bleached or processed.

Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded.

We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange. Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control. Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
