Included is a pair of glam reusable lashes from our collection. Please note that all booking travel fees within London start from *£30. Booking travel fees outside London start from *£50. Please enquire with the exact postcode for an accurate travel fee. Please note that you will be required to cover the costs for parking if there is no free parking/ permit parking. Cancellation Policy There are no refunds on cancellations. Once you have paid you can only reschedule. Rescheduling comes at a charge of £10 and needs to be done at least 48 hours before the appointment otherwise you loose the deposit completely. Please note that rescheduling can only be permitted once for your specific booking and within our working hours. Please note that if you are any later than 20 minutes, you risk your appointment being cancelled. Being late for your booking affects the customers after you. Please refer to the Additional Information page for more information. Due to the current Pandemic, if you test positive for COVID please let us know prior to your appointment with evidence of this so that your appointment can be rescheduled and so that you will be credited your deposit amount on our system when rescheduling your booking. Please note that if any of our team tests positive you would be informed and your appointment would be cancelled and you would be refunded your deposit amount in full, you will also have the option to reschedule free of charge.
