Service Description
Please bring your frontal by a minimum of 2 days before your appointment so that the frontal can be customised in time for your appointment. Frontals and closures received outside of this timeframe will result in a charge of £25. I do not accept posted closures or frontals. Alternatively if you can not post your closure/frontal - please purchase one from our website or enquire. Please note that all booking travel fees within London start from *£30. Booking travel fees outside London start from *£50. Please enquire with the exact postcode for an accurate travel fee. Please note that you will be required to cover the costs for parking if there is no free parking/ permit parking.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment slot online and paid you can not reschedule as this affects other clients. Cancellation of a booking means you loose the deposit completely. Please read and pick the desired time and date carefully before booking. Please note that if you are any later than 20 minutes, you risk your appointment being cancelled with no refund of deposit. Being late for your booking affects the customers after you. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be charged £25 if we decide to proceed with the booking.
