Please note you will need to provide the desired hair colour dye if you would like a colour on top of the highlights. Bleach/toner is included in the service. Minimum 2 bundles to be dyed. The hair will be deep conditioned and treated after.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment slot online and paid you can not reschedule as this affects other clients. Cancellation of a booking means you loose the deposit completely. Please read and pick the desired time and date carefully before booking. Please note that if you are any later than 20 minutes, you risk your appointment being cancelled with no refund of deposit. Being late for your booking affects the customers after you. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be charged £25 if we decide to proceed with the booking. Please note that all booking travel fees within London start from *£30. Booking travel fees outside London start from *£50. Please enquire with the exact postcode for an accurate travel fee.
